摘　　要：工程项目不同利益主体之间的权、责、利关系,及其所衍生出的委托—代理问题关系到工程项目组织效率与委托-代理人的效用最大化,是工程项目治理结构中的重要问题。本文从治理结构高度系统分析了工程项目治理结构,并阐述了工程项目治理结构中委托—代理链优化的途径。The distribution of authority responsibility and interest among different interest groups in engineering projects brings the principal-agent problems which play a very important role in organization efficiency and the maximum utility of principal-agent person. The paper makes a systematic study on the governance structure of engineering projects from the perspective of governance structure,as well as analyzes the optimization pass to optimize the principal-agent chain.
