冲击磨料磨损中的凿削磨损形成机理的研究

摘　　要：本文试图应用弹性碰撞理论、弹性接触理论对冲击磨料磨损形式之一的凿削磨损的形成机理进行比较深入的研究。根据对磨粒接触区的应力分布的计算结果,分析凿削磨损裂纹产生根源及裂纹扩展方向,并推导出凿削磨损量计算公式。The Investigation on the forming mechanism of gouging wear in abrasive wear have beenmade by means of the theory of elastic knock and contact.Based on the results calculated from thedistribution of stress in the contacting district,the formation of gouging—wear crack and the expan-sion direction were analyzed,and the formulas were derived.
