摘  要:在摆线泵的设计中,当外转子圆弧齿廓半径大于短幅外摆线的最小曲率半径时,内转子齿廓成为自相交的分段曲线,所形成的齿廓称为异型齿廓。文章描述了其齿廓形成方法和曲线方程,讨论了设计异型齿廓摆线泵所要满足的连续传动条件、密封条件、强度条件,对基本参数的选择进行了探讨。On designing cycloidal pump, when radius of arc profile of outer rotors is larger than the minimum curvature radius of epicycloid, the inner rotor profile, which is equidistant curve of epicycloid, is composed of several curves that intersect itself, which profile is called singular type profile in this paper. This paper described the formation of the profile and derived the curve equation. It also discussed the necessary conditions that assure the pump work correctly, such as continuous transmission, seal and strength condition. At last, the process to chose the design parameter is considered.
