摘 要:采用模板合成技术,以具有规整孔洞结构的阳极氧化铝膜(AAO)为模板,制备有序排列的碳纳米管阵列。制备过程是在AAO模板中通过化学聚合法,首先制备聚丙烯腈(PAN)纳米管阵列,然后将PAN纳米管于750℃,氮气气氛中热解,制备碳纳米管阵列。用SEM、TEM和XRD表征聚丙烯腈纳米管和碳纳米管的结构和形貌,并探讨竹节状碳纳米管的形成机理。结果表明,两种纳米管的管径约为200nm,与模板孔道的孔径相当,纳米管能排列成有序的阵列结构;XRD分析证实碳纳米管具有较高的结晶度;TEM照片显示碳纳米管具有独特的竹节状结构,可能是由于聚丙烯腈纳米管的热解产物在模板内不均匀沉积和碳化造成的。Carbon nanotubes array was prepared by template synthesis technique. The anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) membrane, which has uniform and straight channels with diameter of 200 nm, was used as template. Acrylonitrile monomer was introduced through negative pressure and in situ polymerized in the channels of template. The template with polyacrylonitrile (PAN) in its channels was treated at 750°C in N2 to obtain carbon nanotubes. The structure and morphology of PAN nanotubes and carbon nanotubes were characterized by SEM, TEM and XRD. The results show that the diameter of nanotubes is the same as the pore diameter of template channel, nanotubes can form a regular array, the crystal degree of carbon nanotubes is high and carbon nanotubes possess especial bamboo-like structure. The formation of bamboo-like structure is due to the fact that PAN nanotubes can be decompounded to oil-like substance, which block the nanotubes and carbonized to form bamboo-like structure at high temperature.
