摘　　要：文化是人类社会特有的现象,它既是一种社会生活方式,又是一种精神价值体系。文化能否发展,并不断创新,涉及到整个社会的全面进步,标志着一个国家、民族或地区生存发展的能力。Culture is characteristic phenomenon of mankind society, it not only is a social life-style, but also a spiritual value system. Culture can develop or not, and continuously bring forth new ideas, this involves the overall progression of the whole of society, marks the ability of existence and development of a country, a nation or an area.
