摘　　要：在对我国社会体育指导员管理体制进行现状调查和对我国社会体育影响因素进行综合分 析的基础上，提出了完善我国社会体育指导员管理体制的对策。On the basis of analyzing the present situation of organizational system of mass sport instructors and influencing factors of sports for all in China, this paper casts some light on the countermeasures for the improvement of organizational system of mass sport instructors in China.
