摘 要:目的 调查近年来湖北地区流感病毒在人群和动物群中抗体水平 ,以研究动物流感与人类流感的关系。方法 在市场随机采集 5种动物 (鸡、鸭、豚鼠、鸽、兔 )血清 2 0 0份 ;收集省内不同地区、不同年龄组人群血清共 75 0份。采用微量血球凝集抑制试验法检测流感病毒甲 3、甲 l、乙型抗体。结果 人群抗体阳性率分别为 4 7.7%、13.3%、11.2 % ,动物抗体阳性率 :豚鼠乙型抗体阳性率最高为 70 % ,甲 1型为 5 0 % ;鸭无甲 1型和乙型抗体 ,甲 3型仅为 10 % ;鸡无乙型抗体 ,甲 1、甲 3型分别为 6 %和 5 0 % ;鸽甲 3型抗体最高 ,甲 1型为2 0 % ,无乙型抗体。并用国内甲 l、甲 3、乙型标准毒株检测动物群中抗体 ,阳性率除鸽子外仍以甲 3型为最高。豚鼠、鸡、鸭、兔分别为 4 0 %、6 1.9%、5 6 .7%和 90 % ,豚鼠乙型抗体高。结论 人流感病毒在不同动物群中也广泛存在 ,人与动物流感之间具有一定相关性。Objective To investigate the antibody level of influenza both in human and animals and to study their relationship of influenza epidemics in Hubei.Methods 200 serum samples from animals of chicken,ducks, guinea pigs and rabbits and 750 human serum from different age groups and regions were collected randomly.Antibody level of A3,A1 and B was detected with the hemagglutinin (HA).Results Positive rates of influenza antibody of A3,A1 and B in human were 47.7%,13.3% and 11.2% respectively; the positive rates of B influenza antibody in guinea pigs were 70%, among them 50% of A1, in ducks were 10% of A3, without A1 and B antibody, in chicken were 6% of A1 and 50% of A3, without B antibody. The positive rates of A1 antibody in guinea pigs, chicken, ducks and rabbits were 40%,61%,56.7%and 90% respectively.Conclusion Human influenza vius was also epidemic in animal and there was certain relationship between human influenza and animal influenza.
