虎参痛风胶囊对小鼠血尿酸的影响及其镇痛作用

摘　　要：目的 :观察虎参痛风胶囊对小鼠血清尿酸的影响及镇痛作用。方法 :给虎参痛风胶囊 1wk后 ,以黄嘌呤 1.0 g·kg- 1腹腔注射致高尿酸血症模型 ,30min后取血 ,观察药物对血尿酸的影响。以热板法观察虎参痛风胶囊的镇痛作用。结果 :虎参痛风胶囊能显著降低高尿酸血症小鼠模型的血尿酸量 ,甚至可降到正常水平以下 ,对热板致痛具有明显镇痛作用 ,并具有明显剂量依赖性。结论 :虎参痛风胶囊可通过降低血尿酸含量和其镇痛作用而有效控制痛风的病程发展并减轻疼痛症状 。AIM: To observe the influence of Hushentongfeng Jiaonang(Hus) on uric acid in serum and its analgesic effect in mice. METHODS: After administration of Hus for 1 wk, the mice were injected with xanthine 1.0 g·kg^(-1) to cause hyperuricemia model and their blood was taken after 30 min. The influence of Hus on uric acid in serum was observed. In addition, the analgesic effect of Hus was observed with the method of hot plate. RESULTS: Hus could markedly reduce the content of serum uric acid in serum of hyperuricemia model mice, even under the general level. It had also obvious abirritation that depend on the drug dosage. CONCLUSION: Hus may effectively control course of gout and relief the pain symptom of the patient through reduction of the content of serum uric acid and increasing analgesic action. It is an effective anti-gout drug.
