摘 要:中国近代铁路发展这100年间,铁路国有一直是其基本的趋势。1919年关于铁路外债统一的争论就牵涉到了铁路国有的问题。当时,由于国内和国际的种种利益问题,最终以提出者的失败而告终。但以现代化的眼光从铁路与现代经济的发展,国民政府利用外债的可能性和实际的还款能力等角度来重新诠释1919年的铁路统一问题又可以得出不一样的结论。The modern railway of China has been developed during these 100 years, the state-run railway is its basic trend . Involved the state-run question of the railway about the dispute that the railway external debt was unified in 1919. At that time , because of our country and all sorts of interests questions of world , ended in the raiser's failure finally. But from the development of the railway and modern economy with the modernized eyes, national government utilize possibility and real refund ability ,etc. angle of external debt is it annotate railway reunification of 1919 may draw the different conclusion again to come.
