摘  要:中低压反应器多以简体和封头连接成型组成反应器的整体结构。如果两部件回转曲线不同,受内压介质作用时,在连接点处将有不同的变形特征,并由内力Mx、N_■等组成较大的边界应力值,形成反应器整体强度条件的薄弱部位。因此准确计算封头处边界应力对建立反应器的合理强度条件有着重要意义。本文以化学反应器中最具边界特征的无折边球形封头为例,根据弹性力学理论,建立边界处应力计算数学方程,并以计算机求解出应力值。Middle and low pressure reactors are chiefly structured with a cylinder with a sealed head. There will appear different warp featttres at the joints when the two parts get different gyrate cures and are affected by the medium of a inside pressure, and the inside pressures such as Mx and Ne will come to rather great boundary stress. As a result, a weak place is formed under the pressure condition for all parts of the reactor. It is, therefore, of great significance to calculate the boundary stress of a sealed head accurately for establishing the condition of reasonable strength for a reactor. In this paper with a spherical sealed head of no folding edge, having representative boundary feafures of a reactor, used as an example, and based on the theory of elastic mechanics, a mathematical equation for calculating boundary stress is set up and strcss value is calculated on a computer.
