微量垂直板状聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳在癌相关蛋白检测中的价值

摘　　要：用微量垂直板状聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法检测４５０例癌患者，３３８例良性病患者和１１７名健康对照的结果，三组人群的阳性率分别为４５．５６％，１２．４３％和６．８４％，与文献报道用同样方法检测结果（７５．５％，７．６％及３．６％）有所不同。再探讨了该方法在癌筛选中的应用价值。This article reports the results of studying cancer-associated proteins in 450 cancer patients,338 patients with benign diseases and 117 normal subjcts by microdose plate polyacrymide gel electrophoresis.According to RenHui-ming s standard, the possitivc rate of cancer patients,patients with benigndiseases and notmal subjects are 45.56%,12.43% and 6.84%,respectively.Theresult is different from that of Ren Hui-ming’s although using the samemethod.The value of screening by using the same method is also discussed.
