糖尿病时血液流变学变化对血管的影响

摘  要:对44例糖尿病患者7项指标检测结果表明,糖尿病血管并发症可继发于血液流变学HR改变。其特征是全血粘度低切变速率伴纤维蛋白原及血浆粘度显著升高,显示以RBC聚集性增高为主。这是导致大血管病变的重要机理。同时全血粘度高切变速率升高,提示RBC变形能力降低,它影响毛细血管血流,导致微血管并发症。纤维蛋白在微血管沉积亦可引起微血管病变。血糖浓度与HR无相关性,血糖浓度高不直接引起HR改变。even criteria tests for diabetes mellitus(DM)patients of 44 cases showedthat blood rheology(HR) change could cause subsequent DM blood vesselscomplication. It was characterized by whole blood viscocity lowering,ghearrate accompanying fibrinogen and plasma viscosity rising obviously,majoringin higher RBC aggregation. That was the main mechanisn that led to lesions ofgreat vessels.At the same time whole viscosity heightened, so did the shear rate,indicating that the ability of RBC distortion diminished and affected the bloodflow of capillary,leading to micrangium complicating disease.Fibrinogen de-posit in the micrangium could cause lesions of micrangium. The high concentra-tion of the blood glucose(CBG)would not alter HR directlly, because it wasirrelavant to HR.
