摘  要:骨膜下置入polyglactin 910织膜铺盖兔子胫骨缺损,置膜8周后织膜已被完全吸收.骨缺损被成熟新骨充分修复,形态结构恢复正常。实验显示,骨膜下置入polyglactin 910织膜能促进骨缺损完整愈合修复(P<0.001)。Polyglactin 910 woven mesh was subpe-riosteally placed over the tibial defect of 24 rabbits. After respective healing periods of 1. 2.4.8 and 13 weeks the animals were sacri-ficed. and 15μm H. E. stained undecalcifiecl sections were prepared and subjected to histo-logical analysis. The specimens showed that the mesh ?covered defect was thoroughly healed with new bone, whereas the control showed discontinuous new bone in the defect ( P < 0.001). The mesh was completely absorbed in 8 weeks postoperative. The results indicate that bone healing can be improved by the mesh because of its stabilization during the early stages of healing and its absorbability.
