摘　　要：报告儿麻后遗症爬行患者矫形术３例，占同期儿麻后遗症外科矫形的１．３％。对于爬行发生的原因、矫形康复的社会意义、有关外科矫形问题及矫形后的功能锻炼进行了讨论。Surgical Orthopedics that were operated on three climbing patients causedby poliomyelitis sequelae were reported,which covered 1.3 percent of the surgi-cal orthopedics on the poliomyelitis sequelae in the same period.It was discus-sed that the cause of climbin,the social significance of orthopedic recovery,thequestion of surgical orthopedic and the function exercises after orthopedics.
