摘  要:G9314是从胀果甘草中提取的含有3个三萜类化合物的复合物。它有效对抗环磷酰胺诱发的小鼠骨髓微核细胞增加,明显减轻氨基比林和亚硝酸钠对小鼠肝脏的急性毒性。体外试验它显著抑制巴豆油诱发的Balb/c新生幼鼠皮肤表皮细胞和Wistar大鼠中性粒细胞的化学发光(CL)。明显对抗巴豆油对Balb/c小鼠肝线粒体的脂质过氧化作用,使丙二醛量明显减少。对CCl4诱发的Balb/c小鼠肝微粒体CL有明显抑制。小鼠口服G314肝脏超氧化物歧化酶量明,显增加。AbstractG9314 was a complex extracted from Glycyrrhizae inflate Bat (III) and consisted of 3 triterpenoid compounds.It effectively prevented the increase of mouse bone marrow micronuclei induced by cytoxan. and prevented the acuteliver toxicity of mouce inducde by aminopyrin and sodium nitrite. In vitro test. it could inhibit the chemiluminescence(CL) of new born Balb/c mouse epidermis.the polymorphonuclear leukocyte (PMN) of Wistar rats and the liver mitochondtia of Balb/c mouse induced by croton oil.The CL of mouse liver microsome induced by CCl4 was also markedlyinhibited. SOD activity of mouse liver was elevated when G9314 was given per orally.
