麻仁滋脾丸和益寿通通便作用研究

摘　　要：麻仁滋脾丸对小鼠有一定通便作用，可增加鼠粪水分含量，并有一定促进大鼠大肠推进运动作用。济川煎化裁方益寿通则有强的通便效果，其通便机理可能与增加鼠粪水分含量，促进小肠和大肠推进运动有关。ishoutong oral liquid is a compound preparation of traditional Chinese drugs based on that the ancient formularJichuanjian. Clinical trials showed that it was effective for habitual constipation and constipation in the aged and thedebilitated. It was shown in this study that oral administration of this oral liquid exerted a cathartic effect on mice in adose-dependent manner. It increased water content in feces of mice. It could accelerate the intestine movement in miceand the bowel movement in rats. Safety tests showed that it was no toxic action in mice by oral adminstration with94. 5g/kg.
