中药复方“艾滋Ⅱ号”的免疫药理作用

摘　　要：“艾滋Ⅱ号”由黄芪、紫草、甘草等制成。本文应用３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ渗入试验，结果表明艾滋Ⅱ号在适当浓度下，能使ＮＫ细胞对ＹＡＣ－１肿瘤靶细胞的杀伤率从２６．４％提高至６２．７％（Ｐ＜０．０１，体内）或从２７．３％提高至６６．４％（Ｐ＜０．０１，体外）；ＭＴＴ比色分析法结果表明，该复方对ＣｏｎＡ激活的小鼠胸腺前Ｔ细胞和脾脏混合淋巴细胞的增殖较单独使用ＣｏｎＡ提高１２１％和１３７％（Ｐ＜０．０１）。AIDS ' is an extract of a multi-prescription which consists of various chinese herbal medicines such as Lithospermum erythrorhizon Sieb. et Zucc. (紫草), Astragalus membranaceus Bge. var. mong holicus Hsiao (黄芪),Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fish (苷草). Our investigation showed that (1)'AIDS ' had a significant potential effect onthe function of nature killer (NK) cells. The activity of NK cells was increased to 62. 7% from 26. 4% in vivo and66. 4 % from 27. 3 % in vitro respectively under appropriate concentration. (2)In vitro, 1. 2-fold proliferation of thymocytes and 1. 37-fold proliferation of spleen lymphocytes of mice were demonstrated when 'AIDS ' were administrated with Con A compared with Con A alone. But the proliferation effect of 'AIDS ' on thymocytes and spleenlymphocytes were not observed when it was used alone.
