摘  要:本实验以胃粘膜血流量、脂质过氧化物、还原型谷膛甘肽、谷膛甘肽过氧化酶及SOD为指标探讨了沙参麦冬汤对胃粘膜保护作用的机理。结果显示,沙参麦冬汤(10g/kg,20g/kg)胃内给药能显著抑制酸化乙醇所引起的大鼠胃体、窦部粘膜血流量的下降;预先给大鼠灌胃则能显著抑制乙醇引起的胃粘膜过氧化脂质含量升高,增加还原型谷腕甘肽含量。he experiment were performed to inverstigate the protective effects of 'SSMDT')on gastric mucosa. We observedthe effects of decovtion of 'SSMDT' on gastric mucosal blood flow and on reduced glutathione, lipid peroxidation andon SOD.The results show that 'SSMDT' given intragastrically in doses of 109/kg or 209/kg 'significantly inhibitedthe reduction of mucosal blood flow induced by 50% ethanol-0.15M HCI in gastric antrum and corpus. 'SSMDT'given orally in doses of 10g/kg or 20g/kg markedly inhibited the increase of gastric mucusal LPO induced by 50%ethanol-0.15M HCI and increased the level of reduced glutathine. But the enzyme activity of SOD and the glutationePeroxidase were not affected by 'SSMDT'.
