西洋参茎叶皂甙对小鼠学习记忆的易化作用

摘　　要：西洋参茎叶皂甙５００ｍｇ／ｋｇ、１００ｍｇ／ｋｇ给小鼠连续灌胃７天，可拮抗樟柳碱和戊巴比妥钠引起的记忆获得损害，对环己酰亚胺引起的记忆巩固障碍有显著改善作用。西洋参茎叶皂甙还可使常压、低压缺氧状态下小鼠存活时间有所延长。fter 500mg/kg and 100mg/kg panaxquinquefolium saponin (PQS) are given orally to the mice continuously forseven days,the PQS can antagonize damage of acquisition of memory induced by anisodine and pentobarbital sodium,and can effectively improve disturbance of consolidation of memory induced by cycloheximide.The PQS also canlengthen survival times of mice at anoxia caused by ordinary and low pressure.
