摘 要:麻醉大鼠实验结果表明,番泻甙(7.4umol·L-1·Kg-1)iv具有正性肌力作用。给药后HR加快,SP、MAP和LVPS较对照组明显升高(P<0.05)。t-dp/dtmax缩短,与dp/dtmax、VcE-CPIP和Vmax增加相一致。反映心肌消耗能量与耗氧的TTI.HR在给药后5min时较对照组增加56%,10mi。时增加80%,说明番泻甙升压增加左室作功,从而使心肌耗氧耗能增加。he results were shown in anesthetized rats SEN (sennosides) possesses a positive inotropic effects. after vein administration.The HR was increased,theSP,MAP and LVPS were obviousty elevated compared With that of the control groups (P<0.01 ). The shortening of t-dp/dtmax was consistent with the increases dp/dtmax, Vce-CPIP and Vmax TheTTI. HR (minute tension time index), as a standard for both.myocardial energy and oxysen consumption, was increase of 56% and 80% respectively after administration of SEN in 5min and 10min compared with control groups.This paper showed the SEN increase left ventricle working load,and consequently increase the myocardial consumptionof energy.
