福寿威片治疗老年肾虚证的临床研究

摘　　要：４５至７５岁肾虚患者７０例，随机分成治疗组４０例，对照组３０例，治疗组服福寿威片，对照组服雄狮丸。疗程二月。以１５项衰老症状积分值下降程度和衰老实验室检测指标的改善状况进行疗效评定。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为９５％及８６．７％，显效率分别为５５％及２０％。两组比较，福寿威片疗效显著优于雄狮丸（Ｐ＜０．０１）。his paper reports the effect of a new preparation of Chinese medicinal herb Fu Shou Wei in retarding aging.70cases of senile patients with kidney deficiency, age from 45 to 75 were observed, They were divided into twogroups, Fu Shou Wei were given for two months in 》 cases and Xiong Shi Pill in 30 cases as control. Kidney deficiency symptoms and laboratory data were remarkably improved in two groups. The effective rates were 95.0% and86.7% respectively and marked effective rate was 55.0% in Fu Shou Wei group and 20.0% in control group. FuShou Wei was better for senile patients of kideny deficiency.
