摘　　要：目的:评价C-反应蛋白(CRP)比浊免疫法试剂盒的性能。方法:利用此方法对CRP试剂进行重复性、线性测试以及与单向免疫扩散法进行比较。结果:线性范围可达0.33～42mg/L;当样品中CRP超过42mg/L时,应该稀释后重新检测,批间CV<5%,与单向免疫扩散法比较γ=0.976。结论:该试剂具有方便、快速、准确、微量等特点,适用于自动化分析。Objective To evaluate the performance characteristics of the immunoturbidi-metric assay for Measurement of C-reac-tive Protein.Method The reproducibility and linearity of the method were determined.A method comparison study was performed using an single diffusion test as the reference test.Results The linearity range was found0.33～42mg /L.Reported values above42mg /L should be diluted and reanalyzed.The coefficients of variation were below5%.The comparison with the single diffusion test showed a good correlation coefficient (r=0.976,CRP values from2.77～28.65mg /L).Conclusion The method is easy to perform,ac-curate,fully automated,and suitable for analyzing a small number of samples.
