瑞血新治疗肿瘤化疗所致白细胞降低的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察瑞血新(国产G-CSF)治疗肿瘤化疗所致白细胞降低的疗效和副作用。方法:用瑞血新治疗25例化疗所致的白细胞减少与用常规升白细胞药物治疗23例化疗所致的白细胞减少进行对比观察。结果:两种方法都能使化疗后白细胞降低患者白细胞恢复正常,但瑞血新组白细胞恢复至正常范围的平均时间为4.5d,而常规升白细胞组使白细胞恢复正常平均需10.8d,两组有显著性差异。不良反应总发生率为52%,主要为注射部位的疼痛和硬结,以及全身乏力,一般均为轻度,无需处理。结论:瑞血新能明显缩短白细胞低下持续的时间,使化疗顺利进行。疗效佳,安全,患者能很好地耐受。Objective To study the efficacy and toxicity of rhG -CSF on leukopenia induced by chemotherapy.Method Twenty-five cases of leukopenia induced by chemotherapy of malignancies were treated with rhG-CSF and compared with twenty-three cases treated otherwise.Results All patients with leukopenia recovered to normal after treatment either with rhG-CSF or oth-er leukogenic herb medicines.The mean time was4.5days for rhG-CSF,but 10.8days for other leukogenic drugs with significant dif-ference.The total rate of side effects of rhG-CSF(Rui Xue Xin)was52%,including pain and scleroma on the injection sites,weakness.But all of them were mild and didn't need to give any treatment.Conclusion The results demonstrate that rhG-CSF (Rui Xue Xin)is able to shorten the duration of leukopenia caused by chemotherapy in patients with malignancies.The toxicity is also slight.
