摘　　要：本文介绍了BD2固定平台搬运车在设计、制造等方面的问题,以及用户的意见,从而对整机的平均无故障工作时间、故障率、可靠度和寿命进行了计算,提出了今后改进质量的建议。Problems in designing and manufacturing BD2 trucks with fixed platform are discussed. Feedbacks from users are used to compute average failure-free working period, failure rate, reliability and life expectancy for the truck as a whole. Recommendations are made for further quality improvement.
