便携式油液污染检测仪的研究

摘　　要：随着液压技术的发展,人们对油液污染的认识更加深入,便携式油液污染检测仪的研制,为现场液压颗粒污染控制提供了强有力的检测手段。作者用大量的实验数据回归了3010,3007两种标准滤膜的数学模型,配制了相应的诺谟图;用可编程计算器编制了油液污染度计算程序,使用非常方便。本仪器对现场使用具有实用价值,尤其适用于煤炭系统液压设备油液的污染检测。A portable instrument for detecting contamination of hydraulic fluid was developed due to the development of hydraulics and better knowledge of fluid contamination,which provides a useful means to detect particle contamination of fluid at site.The authors have established some mathematic models of 3010 and 3007 standard filter membranes by regression of a great number of test data,and have made corresponding nomograms as well as a program for calculating fluid contamination by a programmable calculator.This instrument is of practical value and it is especially useful in detecting contamination of fluids used in hydraulic equipment in coal mining industry.
