摘 要:本文讨论了技术改造对煤气脱萘的影响。对焦化厂净化工艺的技术改造表明,增设初冷设备和在横管冷却器内喷洒初冷冷凝液与焦油氨水混合液,可使鼓风机前煤气含萘量降到0.8~1.2g/m^3:在脱苯塔侧线采水管上增设放散管,改造脱苯塔的降液管、溢流堰结构和操作,可得含萘量为1.5~2.5%的循环洗油,用这种低含萘洗油脱苯,脱萘,使煤气平均含萘量由原来的354.8mg/m^3降低到113.1mg/m^3。The effect of technical transformation on removing naphthalene from coke oven gas is discussed. It is shown, by the technical transfromation to gas treating system of Coking Plant, that ①getting additional primary condenser and spraying the mixture of both Virgin liquor and tar and tar-ammonia liquor can reduce the naphthalene content of the front coke oven gas of exhausten by a factor of 0.8~1.2g/m^3; ②by getting additional bleeder pipe at side water extractor and resturcturing the return tube and the overflow weir of debenole columm, the circling wash oil with naphthalene content of 1.5~2.5% can be get. And the average naphthalene content of coke oven gas can be reduced from 354.8mg/m^3 to 113.1mg/m^3, when the coke oven gas is washed with that circling wash oil.
