摘  要:目的 建立实验性阴道毛滴虫动物模型。 方法 将小鼠分为 8组 ,用不同密度 (1.77× 10 6 个 ml、3 .16× 10 6 个 ml、7.2 4× 10 6 个 ml) ,不同剂量 (0 .2ml、0 .3ml、0 .4ml)的阴道毛滴虫对不同体重的小鼠进行腹腔接种 ,肉眼观察小鼠形态变化 ,解剖观察腹腔内脏病理性改变。 结果 本实验中接种任何剂量与密度的阴道毛滴虫均能使不同体重小鼠致病 ,产生一系列病理变化 ,但发病时间、典型症状出现时间及感染情况有明显的差异。小鼠可出现竖毛、腹胀、精神萎靡等 ,病理观察见腹腔内脏多处脓肿。 结论 阴道毛滴虫具有较强的致病力 ,采用腹腔接种可建立安全、可靠的动物模型 ,较理想实用的模型可选用密度 3 .16× 10 6 个 ml ,0 .3ml接种 18~ 2 0g的小鼠。Objective To set up an experimental model of Trichomonas vaginalis infection in mice. Methods Sixty mice were inoculated with T. vaginalis in 3 kinds of densities (1.77×10 6 /ml,3.16×10 6 /ml and 7.24×10 6 /ml) and amounts (0.2 ml , 0.3 ml and 0.4 ml ). The changes of behavior,hair,abdomen were observed daily in mice and abdominal abscess and ascites were examined with microscope immediately after death for confirming living T. vaginalis. Results All mice in different weight can be infected by inoculated T. vaginalis regardless amount or density in our study and were caused a series of pathologic changes,but time of onset and typical symptoms appearance and pathopoiesis manifestation were variant. Hedgehogoid hair,abdomen expansion,lassitude were observed in all mice. Abscesses were found in the surfaces of peritoneum and abdomen organs. Conclusion T. vaginalis is pathogenic to mice peritoneum and abdominal organs. Inoculation in abdominal cavity of mice with vaginalis might be used to set up an animal model of T. vagnalis infection. It is important for setting up an ideal and practice model to choose the mice of weight 18-20 g,density of 3.16×10 6 /ml and amount of 0.3 ml.
