青蒿琥酯与萘酚喹联用治疗疟疾的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　观察青蒿琥酯与萘酚喹联用对间日疟及抗药性恶性疟的疗效。　方法　选择无并发症的间日疟及抗药性恶性疟病人 ,用青蒿琥酯 (5 0mg/次 ,2次 /d× 3d)与萘酚喹 (10 0m /次 ,2次 /d× 3d)联用 ,进行治疗与观察。　结果共治疗间日 44例 ,平均退热时间为 (2 3 .7± 8.3 )h ,平均疟原虫无性体阴转时间为 (2 7.5± 7.3 )h ,治疗后 3 0、15 0、180d累计复发率依次为 2 .5 %、10 .8%和 17.2 %。治疗恶性疟 5 7例 ,平均退热时间为 (2 7.4± 6.7)h ,平均疟原虫无性体阴转时间为 (3 3 .6± 10 .9)h ,2 8d复发率为 5 .6%。　结论　青蒿琥酯与萘酚喹联用治疗间日疟及抗药性恶性疟病人具有显效快、治愈率高、不良反应小、疗程短和依从性高等优点。Objective To observe the curative effect on artesunate-naphthoquine combination in treatment of vivax malaria and chloroquine-resistant falciparaum malaria. Methods By referring to WHO′ in vivo sensitivity of Plasmodium falciparum to chloroquine,uncomplicated patients with falciparum malaria and vivax malaria were selected and treated with artesunate-naphthoquine combination,artesunate 50 mg/time,2 times/d×3 d,total 300 mg;naphthoquine 100 mg/time,2 times/d×3 d,total 600 mg. Results 44 vivax malaria cases and 57 choroquine-resistant falciparum malaria cases were treated and observed. The mean fever clearance time was (23.7±8.3) h and (27.4±6.7) h,the mean asexual parasite clearance time was (27.5±7.3) h,(33.6±10.9) h respectively. The recurrence rate of vivax malaria was 2.5%,10.8% and 17.2% in following-up for 30,150 and 180 d. The recurrence rate of chloroquine-resistant falciparum malaria was 5.6% in following-up for 28 d. Conclusion There are characteristics with highly curative effect,short couse of treatment and little side effect by artesunate-naphthoquine combination in treatment of falciparum malaria and vivax malaria;and is well tolerted in patients.
