摘 要:目的 :探讨阿洛欣对新生儿感染的疗效。方法 :将 14 0例新生儿感染患儿随机分成两组 ,治疗组 72例 ,应用阿洛欣治疗 ,对照组 6 8例 ,应用青霉素G钠 (PG)治疗 ,将两组资料进行统计学分析比较。结果 :①治疗组有效率 90 .2 % ,细菌清除率 91.4 % ,对照组有效率 6 4.3% ,细菌清除率6 5 .1% ,两者相比差别有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;②治疗组对表葡菌清除率为 80 .7% ,对革兰氏阴性杆菌(G- )清除率 86 .7% ,与对照组相比差别有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;③治疗组对金葡菌的清除率为 5 0 % ,对照组为 4 0 % ,两组差别无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;④阿洛欣与PG对治疗新生儿败血症有效率分别为84 .1%、5 8.2 % ,差别非常显著 (P <0 .0 1)。对新生儿肺炎的有效率分别为 88.7% ,6 5 .1% ,差别非常显著。两组均未见肝肾功能损害 ,治疗组及对照组出现皮疹分别为 3例、5例。结论 :阿洛欣对新生儿感染的疗效明显优于青霉素G钠 ,且对新生儿感染的用药十分安全。Objective: To investigate the effects of Azlocillin on neonatal infection. Methods: 140 neonates with infection were divided randomly into two groups:the treated group (n=72), in which therapy was done with Azlocillin, and the control group (n=68), in the which penicillin-G was taken. Results:①The effective rate of the azlocillin was 90.2%, bacteria-cleaning rate was 91.4% in the treated group.②There was significant difference between two groups on the rates of cleaning staphylococcus epidermidis, gram-negative bacilli; and the bacteria-cleaning rates were respectively 80.7% 86.7% (P<0.05).③No difference of the effective rate in the effect of Azlocillin and Penicillin-G on the infection with staphylococcus aureus. ④The 84.1% and 58.2% effective rate of anti- septicemia was found respectively in the treated group and control group.Conclusion: Azlocillin is more effective than Penicillin-G. in treatment of neonatal infection in clinical practice.
