元通胶囊治疗血管性痴呆的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨元通胶囊治疗血管性痴呆 (VD)的疗效及机理。方法　采用反复结扎双侧颈总动脉 ,同时腹腔注射硝普钠的方法复制出缺血再灌注大鼠痴呆模型 (I R) ,分假手术组、模型组、西药对照组、中药治疗 (高、中、低剂量 )组。从 4个方面观察了元通胶囊对实验性大鼠I R模型的治疗作用。结果　元通胶囊可减轻缺血再灌注损伤 ,改善学习和记忆障碍 ,具有抗脂质过氧化反应的能力。且呈一定的量效关系 ,剂量越大疗效越显著。结论　证明元通胶囊具有显著的防治血管性痴呆 (VD)作用。Objective To investigate the efficacy and mechanism of Yuantong Capsules in the treatment of experimental vascular dementia. Methods The rat model of dementia by ischemia/reperfusion was induced by repeated ligation of bilateral common carotid arteries together with an intraperitoneal injection of sodium nitroprusside. The rats in the experiment were divided into the sham operation group, model group, western-style drug control group, and TCM drug treating group (given a large, medium and low dose, respectively). The observation of therapeutic effects of Yuantong Capsules was carried out in four aspects. Results Yuantong Capsules could reduce the degree of the injury by ischemia/reperfusion and improve learning and memorizing abilities. The capsules also showed an ability to resist lipid peroxidation. The effects of Yuantong Capsules had a dose-effect relationship, namely, the larger the dose, the stronger the effects. Conclusion The results show that Yuantong Capsules have marked effects for preventing and treating vascular dementia by ischemia/reperfusion.
