清热通淋栓中黄连提取工艺的考察

摘　　要：目的　考察清热通淋栓中黄连的提取方法。方法　以盐酸小檗碱为主要指标确定提取工艺。结果　采用 0 .5 %的硫酸溶液渗漉 ,收集 7倍量渗漉液。结论　筛选得到的工艺稳定可行。Objective To examine the procedure for the chemical extraction of the root of Coptis chinensis used as one of the ingredients of Qingretonglin Suppository. Method The procedure for the extraction was performed with berberine hydrochloride as a general criterion for reference. Results It was found that the procedure could achieve a good result when the sample was infiltrated with 0.5% sulphuric acid solution and 7-fold of infiltrating solution was collected. Conclusion The procedure examined for the chemical extraction of the root of Coptis chinensis is technologically stable and applicable.
