肝郁证植物神经功能与情绪状态的评估

摘　　要：目的　对肝郁证患者的植物神经功能状态、情绪状态进行评估。方法　采用对照研究的方法考察肝郁证患者植物神经功能与情绪状态 ,96例研究对象分为肝郁证 (49例 )、非肝郁证 (2 8例 )和正常对照组 (19例 ) ,所有受试对象一律进行部分物理负荷试验检查和填写焦虑自评量表 (SAS)与抑郁自评量表 (SDS) ,植物神经功能检查结果根据文献标准判定 ,量表结果计算总标准分 ,并进行组间比较。结果　与非肝郁证和健康对照组比较 ,肝郁证患者的植物神经功能没有表现出具有统计学意义的改变 (P >0 0 5 ) ;情绪状态评定结果 ,肝郁证患者的SAS与SDS量表总标准分值高于常模 ,与非肝郁证和健康对照组比较差异显著 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　肝郁证患者有可能同时表现出焦虑和抑郁的异常情绪 ,但以抑郁表现更为明显。Objective To assess the states of the autonomic nervous function in and emotions in the patients with TCM liver depression. Method Case-control study method was used to investigate the states of the autonomic nervous function and emotions in the patients with TCM liver depression. 96 Subjects involved in the assessment were divided into the liver depression group (49 cases), non-liver-depression group (28 cases) and the normal control group (19 cases). All the subjects were examined by some physical load tests and asked to fill in the forms of Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS). The results of the examination of autonomic nervous function were judged according to the criteria recorded in the related literature, and the total standard scores calculated according to the scales were compared among the groups. Results No statistically significant changes in autonomic nervous function in the patients in the liver depression group were found as compared with those in the non-liver-depression group and the normal control group (P>0.05), and the total standard scores based on SAS and SDS concerning the emotions of the patients in the liver depression group were higher than those in the normal model, showing a markedly difference as compared with those in the non-liver-depression group and the normal control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The results of this assessment provide meaningful data for the study of depression.
