生精丸治疗男性不育60例临床研究

摘　　要：目的　观察生精丸对男性不育的治疗作用。方法　选择 12 0例男性不育患者 ,随机分为治疗组和对照组。每组 6 0例 ,分别给予生精丸和五子衍宗丸治疗。治疗前后以WLJY - 90 0 0伟力彩色精子质检系统进行精液参数分析 ,并检测血液睾酮 (T)水平 ,同时观察病人服用生精丸期间有无明显不良反应。结果　治疗组精子密度、活率、活力以及运动参数和睾酮水平等指标均明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,痊愈率、显效率及总有效率亦高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,且服药期间无明显的不良反应。结论　生精丸有从整体上纠正精液异常的功效 ,能使病人精子数量、质量、睾酮水平得到提高。Objective To investigate the effects of Shengjing Pills in the treatment of male sterility. Method 120 Cases of male sterility were randomly divided into the treating group (60 cases) and the control group (60 cases). The treating group was given Shengjing Pills and the control group was given Wuziyanzong Pills. The sperm parameters were analyzed by the WLJY-9000 Weili Color Spermatozoon Quality Examining System, and the level of blood testosterone and the side effects of Shengjing Pills were also observed. Results It was found that the spermic density, spermic survival rate, spermic activity, spermic motion parameters, and the level of testosterone were markedly higher than those detected in the control group (P<0.05), and furthermore, no notable side effects with found with Shengjing Pills in the patients during administration. Conclusion Shengjing Pills can generally adjust sperm abnormality and increase sperm quantity, sperm quality and the level of testosterone, with assured effects and without notable side effects.
