电紧张调整性T波改变的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察各种原因所致电张调整性T波改变的临床表现和持续时间。方法 :对显性预激射频消融后 5 8例、特发性室性心动速终止后 5例及右室起搏 (VVI)恢复自主心律后 2 6例的进行动态心电图观察。结果 :显性预激消融后 2 6例 ,特发性室性心动速终止后 5例及VVI起搏恢复自主心律后 2 2例显示不同程度电张调整性T波改变 ,前二者持续约 1周 ,后者持续约 2周 ,均未经治疗自动恢复正常。结论 :电张调整性T波改变是心肌正常的电生理特性 ,一般持续 1～ 2周自动恢复正常。AIM:To study clinical characteristics of electrotonic modulation of the T wave and its duration in patients with Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome(WPW),idiopathic ventricular tachycardia (IVT),right ventricular pacing. METHODS:The electrocardiogram(ECG) changes of 58 WPW patients after radiofreqency (RF) ablation(Group1),5 IVT patients after resuming sinus rhythm(Group2) and 26 right ventricular pacing patients after converting into autonomous rhythm(Group3) were observed. RESULTS:Electrotonic modulation of the T wave was found in 26 of the WPW cases (45%,26/58), in the 5 IVT cases (100%,5/5) and in 22 of the 26 cases of right ventricular pacing (85%,22/26). The T wave change lasted about one week in Group1,Group2, and about two weeks in Group3. The T wave change in all cases disappeared automatically without any treatment. CONCLUSION:Electrotonic modulation of the T wave is electrophysiological characteristic of myocardium,which lasts one or two weeks and can disappear automatically.
