盐酸班布特罗口服液治疗哮喘疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价盐酸班布特罗口服液治疗哮喘的疗效和安全性。方法 哮喘患儿150例作为口服盐酸班布特罗口服液治疗组,50例使用爱纳灵治疗作为对照组。结果两组均有较好的疗效,治疗后第1周,治疗组在喘息、肺部哮鸣音改善等方面优于对照组(P<0.05) 治疗组咳嗽及夜间睡眠改善情况在治疗后第1、2周的疗效明显高于对照组(p<0.01)。两组不良反应均少 结论盐酸班布特罗是安全、方便、有效的长效支气管扩张剂。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of oral liquid of bambuterol hydrochloride in treatment children with asthma. Methods One hundred and fifty cases as study group treated with oral liquid of bambuterol hydrochloride,50.cases as control group treated with etinoline. Results Two groups had good efficacy, however, gasp and lung wheezing were better improved in study group compared with control group after 1 week treatment(P<0.05);Cough and night symptom improvement were much better in study group than in control group 1 or 2 weeks therapy later(P<0.01).Few side effects were found in two groups. Conclusion bam-buterol hydrochloride is a safe、convenient,effective long- acting bronchodilator.
