摘  要:目的 探讨川芎嗪 (LGT)联用左旋精氨酸 (L -Arg)对肝缺血 -再灌注损伤 (HIRI)的保护作用及其机制。方法 复制HIRI模型 ,随机将 4 0只实验兔分为肝缺血 -再灌注组 (A组 )、肝缺血 -再灌注 +LGT治疗组 (B组 )、肝缺血 -再灌注+L -Arg治疗组 (C组 )和肝缺血 -再灌注 +LGT +L -Arg治疗组 (D组 )。在再灌注 4 5min时 ,分别观察肝组织内三磷酸腺苷(ATP)、二磷酸腺苷 (ADP)、一磷酸腺苷 (AMP)含量、总腺苷酸量 (TAN)、能荷 (EC)及肝细胞形态学的变化。结果 与A组比较 ,B组、C组、D组肝组织内ATP含量及EC值均明显增高 (ATP :A组为 0 98± 0 2 5 μg/mg,B组为 2 84± 0 77μg/mg,C组为1 88± 0 71μg/mg ,D组为 3 4 9± 0 75 μg/mg ,均P <0 0 1;EC :A组为 0 34± 0 0 5 ,B组为 0 6 1± 0 0 7,P <0 0 1,C组为 0 4 1±0 0 8,P >0 0 5 ,D组为 0 5 7± 0 0 9,P <0 0 1) ;肝细胞形态学异常改变显著减轻 ,D组尤为显著。结论 LGT联用L -Arg可通过改善肝细胞的能量代谢而有效地减轻FIRI。Objective To study the mechanism and protective effect of ligustraxzini(LGT) and L-arginine(L-Arg)on hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury(HIRI) Methods The HIRI rabbit models were randomly divided into four groups(n=10, in each group),HIR group(A),HIR+LGT group(B), HIR+L-Arg group(C) and HIR+LGT+L-Arg group(D).
