摘  要:目的 研究酸性肽的抗突变作用。方法 通过小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核实验、鼠伤寒沙门氏菌回复实验、中国仓鼠卵巢细胞染色体畸变试验 ,对酸性肽的抗突变性进行评价。结果  1)酸性神经肽各组均能降低微核的产生 ,呈量效关系 ,与阳性对照组相比有显著性差异 ;2 )Ames实验结果经F检验与阳性对照组比 ,酸性肽各组差异显著 ,有统计学意义 ;3 )CHO细胞染色体畸变实验 ,显示酸性肽各组与对照组差异显著 ,有统计学意义。结论 酸性肽有抗突变性 ,且呈量效关系。Objective To research the anti-mutagenic action of acidic peptide.Methods The research was done by micronucleus assay, Ames test and chromosome aberration test of CHO cell.Results 1)Micronucleus test : Groups of acidic peptide could decrease the number of micronucleus, had significant differences compared with positive group, and had statistic significance;2)Ames test :Compared with positive group, acidic peptide could decrease the colonies in TA 98 and TA 100 strains, and had statistic significance; 3)Chromosome aberration test of CHO cell : In anti-mutagenesis test, groups of acidic peptide could decrease the mutagenic rate, and had significant differences compared with positive group (P<0.05). Conclusion Acidic peptide had anti-mutagenesis effects.
