神经毒素不同给药途径镇痛作用的比较研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨神经毒素 ( α- cobrotoxin,Nt)不同给药途径对镇痛作用的差异 ,寻找神经毒素最佳给药途径。方法 :神经毒素经腹腔注射、肌肉注射和鼻粘膜给药后 ,用小鼠热板法和扭体法对其镇痛作用进行评价。结果 :神经毒素经上述三种途径给药后都具有镇痛作用。结论Objective: To explore the analgesia effect of different administration pathway of α-cobrotoxin and look for the best pathway of α-cobrotoxin. Methods: α-cobrotoxin were injected through abdominal cavity, muscle and nasal mucosa respectively. The hot plate method and torsive body method were adopted to evaluate the analgesia effect. Results: All above-mentioned three administration pathways had analgesia effect. Conclusion: The nasally administration of α-cobrotoxin with the help of absorption promoter has the best analgesia effect.
