七味玄驹蠲痹口服液治疗类风湿性关节炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究七味玄驹蠲痹口服液治疗类风湿性关节炎临床疗效和安全性。方法 :2 0 0类风湿性关节炎中医辨证属肝肾不足、风湿阻络患者 ,按照随机双盲、双模拟 ,阳性对照原则 ,试验药 1 0 0例口服七味玄驹蠲痹口服液和模拟剂 ,对照组 1 0 0例口服玄七通痹胶囊和模拟剂。结果 :对照组、试验组两组药物治疗类风湿性关节炎均有明显疗效 ,其中对照组药物总有效率为 78%,试验组药物总有效率为 86%,两组疗效经统计学分析差异无显著性 ,两组疗效相当。用药后两组安全性实验室指标检测结果表明无异常情况。结论 :两组试验药物治疗类风湿性关节炎 (痹病肝肾不足、风湿阻络证 )的患者 ,对改善疾病症状、体征、中医症候及实验室客观指标均有确切疗效 ,试验组药物略优。临床试验中未见毒性反应 ,临床使用安全。Objective:To study the effect and the safety of Rheumatism Arthritis for treating with Qiweixuanju Juanbi oral Liquor.Methods:200 cases of Rheumatism Arthritis belong to Bi syndrome of liver and kidney deficiency or wind damp blockage in the channels. According to the double blind, double imitate, and the positive control method divided into two group. There were 100 cases for eath group .One group was treated with Qiweixuanju Juanbi oral Liquor and model medicine, the other with Biqi Tongbi capsule and model medicine.Result:Two group medicine treatments the Rheumatism Arthritis all contain obvious effect, among them total and valid rate of matched control medicine is 78%, experiment the set the total and valid rate of medicine to 86%, two effects was learned by covariance to analyze the difference to have no show diffrence, two effects equal. Two group have no positive effect. Conclusion:Two sets experiment the medicine treatment the rheumatism Arthritis along the Bi therapy right improvement, Chinese medicine symptoms and laboratory objective index sign all contain accurate effect, and the experiment study were safety.
