摘　　要：目的　总结肘关节镜下手术在治疗肘关节疾患中的体会。方法　对 9例肘关节疾患病人 ,在牵引状态下使用关节内窥镜对关节内结构进行全面检查 ,并根据病变情况于镜下行滑膜切除术或关节清理术治疗。结果　参考改良HSS肘关节评分系统 ,优 6例 ,良 2例 ,可 1例 ,优良率达 88 9%。结论　肘关节镜具有损伤小、恢复快、功能改善显著、并发症少等优点 ,是治疗肘关节疾患的有效方法。Objective To summarize the understanding of arthroscopy surgery on elbow diseases. Methods 9 patients with elbow disease were treated with arthroscopic method. The articular structure was detected with arthroscopy under traction. According to modified HSS elbow score scale, 6 well, 2 good, 1 ok and satisfactory rate was 88.9%. Conclusion The elbow arthroscopy might be a reliable method to treat elbow diseases with minor trauma, quick recovery, significant improving function and less complications.
