红景天对高血压病患者血小板功能的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察藏药红景天胶囊对高血压病 (EH)患者血小板功能影响。方法　将高血压病患者 82例随机分为 2组 (红景天组及常规治疗组 ) ,对照组健康人 39例。测定三组中血浆P 选择素 (P sel)、血栓素B2 (TXB2 )、6 酮前列环素 ( 6 Keto PGF1α)的含量。EH患者中一组常规降压治疗并口服红景天后2 0天再测定上述指标 ,另一组仅常规降压治疗 2 0天测定上述指标。结果　EH患者血浆P sel、TXB2 升高 ,6 Keto PGF1α降低 (P均 <0 0 1 )。EH组红景天治疗后较常规降压组血浆P sel降低 ( 9 87± 2 36比7 32± 2 79,P <0 0 1 ) ,TXB2 下降 ( 2 73 9± 68 3比 2 2 1 4± 47 3,P <0 0 1 ) ,6 Keto PGF1α上升 ( 30 4±9 6比 42 2± 1 2 7,P <0 0 5 )。Objective To investigate the influence of Hong Jing Tian (Rhodiola Maxim) on plateletic function in essential hypertensive (EH) patients.Methods Eighty-two EH patients were divided randomizely into two groups (Hong Jing Tian group and ordinary management group), 39 healthy were matched as controls. Plasma p-selectin(P-sel)、thromboxane B 2 (TXB 2) and 6-Keto-prostaglandin f 1α (6-Keto-PGF 1α ) were measured respectively before and after Hong Jing Tian treatment.Results Plasma P-sel and TXB 2 was raised (P<0.01), 6-Keto-PGF 1α was reduced (P<0.01) in EH group compared with NC group. Hong Jing Tian could decrease the P-sel (9.87±2.36 vs 7.32±2.79, P<0.01)and TXB 2 (273.9±68.3 vs 221.4±47.3, P<0.01) as well as raise the 6-Keto-PGF1α(30.4±9.6 vs 42.2±12.7 ,P<0.05).Conclusion Hong Jing Tian could improve the plateletic activity in EH patients.
