摘 要:采用中棉12×7124和徐州184×7124两个陆地棉×海岛棉杂交组合6个家系为材料,在大田接螨和笼罩接螨鉴定条件下,分析抗螨性基因效应,遗传方差分量、遗传力和最少因子数估值在苗期、蕾期和花铃期的动态变化。加性效应和加性×显性互作上位性效应是2个组合不同生育期的主要遗传效应,加性方差是抗螨性遗传变异的主要来源。而加性×加性互作效应一般不存在,显性和显性×显性互作效应则因组合、生育期和鉴定方法而异。在苗期和蕾期,主要有一个效应较大的因子在起作用。7124(Gossypium Barbadense)was used as the resistant parent to cross with each of two susceptable upland cottons(G.hirsutum)Zhongmian 12 and Xuzhou 184.Genera- tion means analyses were performed to detect the type of gene action,components of genetic variation,heritability and minimum number of factors affecting the resistance to spider mite (Tetranychus cinnabarinus)during seedling,bud and flower stages of cotton.The field inocu- lation and cage inoculation were used.Additive and additive×dominant effects were the most important,and the additive vaiation was major source of genitic variation.While additive× additive effect had not been detected in most cases,the existence of dominant and dominant× dominant effects varied with the crosses,evaluating stages and methods.Estimate of the num- ber of genes indicated that only one gene contributed to the genetic variation of the spider mite resistance at the seedling and bud stages.
