摘　　要：目的 :探讨原发性血小板减少性紫癜 (ITP)患者血小板相关抗体 (PAIgG)与巨核细胞及血小板的关系及其意义。方法 :采用酶联免疫吸附竞争法定量测定 12 6例ITP患者PAIgG值 ,同时计数其巨核细胞及血小板数量 ,观察巨核细胞成熟发育情况。结果 :在PAIgG增高的ITP患者中 ,当PAIgG在 110～ 6 0 0ng/ 10 7PA范围时 ,巨核细胞数的增加与PAIgG值的增高呈正相关 ,PAIgG >6 0 0ng/ 10 7PA时呈负相关 ,随着PAIgG值的增加 ,巨核细胞的成熟发育也受到明显阻碍 ,PAIgG值的增加与血小板数的减少呈负相关。结论 :ITP患者的PAIgG与巨核细胞。Objective:To investigate the relation ship between platelet associated IgG( PAIgG) and the megakaryocyte and the platelet in patients with idiopathic th romb ocytopenic purpura(ITP) and its clinical significance. Methods : The PAIgG in pla sma of 126 patients with ITP was detected by quantitative competitive enzyme -lin ked immunoabsorbent assay(ELISA). The count and mature degree of megakaryocyte a nd the count of platelet were observed. Results:In t he patients with increased PAIgG, a positive correlation existed between the increase of mega karyocyte and PAIgG level when level of PAIgG was between 110 and 600 ng/ 107 PA,bu t the opposite result was observed when level of PAIgG was higer than 600 ng/ 107 P A.With the increase of PAIgG, the mature of megakaryocyte was blocked signif ican tly. The negative correlation existed between the decrease of count of platelet and PAIgG level.Conclusion:In the patients with I TP, there was a close relatio nship and certain correlation among the levels of PAIgG and the count and ma ture degree of megakaryocyte and the count of platelet.
