不同性别学员飞行认知基本能力的比较研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨男女飞行学员飞行认知基本能力之间的差别 ,为选拔战斗机女飞行员提供心理学依据 .方法 :实验组为某飞行学院女飞行学员 2 2名 ,对照组为同一飞行学院男飞行学员 39名 .采用数字检索、识符检数、隐藏图形、选词配对等 4项检测指标 ,应用DXC多项心理测评仪集体测试 .结果 :在 4项测验的标准分中 ,只有识符检数的分数女性高于男性 ,具有统计学意义 (P <0 0 1) ,其它 4项测验两组被试均无统计学意义 (P >0 0 5 ) .结论 :女飞行学员在知觉判别、短时记忆以及思维探索的主动性和机敏性上好于男性飞行学员 ,其它认知能力男女学员无显著差别 .AIM: To investigate the difference of flight cognition ability between male and female flight cadets and to provide psychological data for selecting female fighter pilots.METHODS: Thirty-nine male cadets and 22 female cadets were examined with digit search,digit symbol substitution,hidden figure and verbal matching tests.RESULTS: Among the 4 tests,female subjects got better results than male subjects only in the test of selecting number by recognizing character,and the difference was significant. No significant difference was found in the other 3 tests.CONCLUSION: Female flight cadets are better than male in perception judgment, short-term memory and thinking speed, and there is no significant difference in the other flight cognition ability between male and female flight cadets.
