摘  要:目的 :考察野战部队自我和谐的特征及其影响因素 .方法 :利用《自我和谐量表》和自编的一般资料表对 94 9名野战部队军人进行问卷调查 ,通过t检验、单因素方差分析、相关分析、逐步多元回归分析和路径分析对军人自我和谐及其影响因素进行分析 .结果 :①从总体情况看 ,自我和谐低分组有 15 4人 (16 2 3% ) ,中间组有 6 37人 (6 7 12 % ) ,高分组有 15 8人 (16 6 5 % ) .与其他部队相比 ,在自我与经验的不和谐和灵活性上有显著差异 .②士兵在自我与经验的不和谐上显著高于士官 ,干部在自我的灵活性上显著高于士兵、士官 .③一年兵在自我与经验的不和谐上显著高于五年以上兵 .④对军人自我和谐的影响路径中 ,有 4条显著路径 :文化水平、人际交往、父母教养方式直接影响自我和谐的发展 ;父母教养方式通过影响人际交往而间接影响自我和谐 .结论 :可从提高军人的文化程度和人际交往能力 ,以增强野战部队军人的自我和谐 .AIM: To explore the characters and influence factors of self-consistency and congruence of military personnel in field army. METHODS: Nine hundred and forty-nine soldiers were assessed by Self-Consistency and Congruence Survey (SCCS) and common data forms. T-test, correlate analysis, one-way factor analysis, multi-factor aggression analysis and path analysis were used in statistics. RESULTS: ① The percentage of those who were self-inconsistent and incongruent was 16.65%.Significant difference was found in self-experience inconsistency and self flexibility compared with those of other army units.② Soldiers had significantly higher scores of self-experience inconsistency than non-commissioned officers. Officers had significantly higher scores of self flexibility than non-commissioned officers and soldiers. ③ The scores of self-experience inconsistency in one-year soldiers were significantly higher than those in over-five-year soldiers. ④ Self-consistency and congruence were influenced by educational level, personal relations and parental rearing styles.CONCLUSION: The self-consistency and congruence in military personnel can be improved by enhancing their educational levels and personal relation abilities.
