摘  要:以大豆和豌豆种子为材料,研究了低温吸胀(5℃)对种子活力及种子细胞内膜透性的影响及其与吸胀温度的关系。结果表明,低温吸胀显著降低了大豆种子发芽率和活力指数;种子吸胀初期k^1外渗与吸胀温度有正性关系;种子差低温吸胀后转入常温(25℃)萌发过程中,溶质大量外渗。吸胀冷害的重要原因之一很可能是吸胀初期的低温效应严重阻碍了细胞内膜尤其是质膜的选择透性功能的恢复与重建。There are pootivc relationships between K leakage and imbibition temperature when soybea(chillius—seastive)and pea(chilling—insensitive)seeds imbibed at 25℃ or 5℃ during first 2~30min, leakage quantities of K are enhanced at higher temperature. Leakages of electrolytes and soluble sugors and proteins are irereased significantly when seeds germinated at 25℃ for 24hrs and. 19hrs after imbibing a 5℃ Low temperature during imbibition also decreased ratio of germination and vigor index in sovbean. The date indicate that low tempcrature interfers with normal membranae reoganization especially disturb function reorganization of selective permeability in ceil membrance, and this basic cause of low temperature injury.
