紫外线负离子喷雾联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察紫外线喷雾治疗带状疱疹的疗效及安全性.方法:带状疤疹患者随机分为两组,阿昔洛韦联合紫外线负离子喷雾的为治疗组,单纯阿昔洛韦为对照组;第1～7天每天观察症状、体征,两组疗程均为7d.结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别是88.00%,67.39%,差异有显著性(P＜0.01),治疗组止痛效果明显优于对照组(P＜0.01).结论:紫外线负离子喷雾联合阿昔洛韦治疗以疼痛为主的带状疱疹是一个安全、高效的治疗方案.Objective: To observe the effecacy and safety of acyclovir combined with UV-anion spray in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods:The patients were divided into 2 groups. ACV combined with UV-anion spray was therapy group. The single use ACV was control group. Results:The effective rate of therapy group and the control group were 88. 00% , 67. 39% ,respectively. There is obvious difference between the two groups (P <0. 01). The aeesodyne effect of the therapy group was better than that of the control group significantly (P <0. 01). Conclusion:UV-anion spray combined AGV in the treatment of herpes zoster following is a safe, effective method.
