摘　　要：目的:探讨阿奇霉素、米诺环素(美满霉素)和氟罗沙星3种药物治疗方案用于男性非淋菌性尿道炎的经济效果。方法:药物经济学成本-效果分析方法。结果:阿奇霉素治愈率最高(89.29％),而治愈率达到100％时所需追加的费用为最低。结论:阿奇霉素治疗方案是3种治疗男性非淋菌性尿道炎方案中的最佳方案。Objective:To evaluate the economic effects of azithromycin, minoeycline and fleroxacin in treatment of male non-gonococcal urethritis. Methods: The evaluation was conducted by pharmacoeconomical cost-effectiveness analysis. Results: The cure rate (89. 29% ) of azithromycin was the highest, and its additional cost was the lowest when the cure rate reached to 100%. Conclusion: The best scheme was azithromycin in treatment of male non-gonococcal urethritis.
