急性丙型肝炎患者NK细胞活性和T细胞亚群研究

摘　　要：应用中性红释放法检测了急性丙型肝炎患者外周血NK细胞活性,用APAAP法检测了急性丙型肝炎患者外周血T细胞亚群及比值。结果提示:急性丙型肝炎患者外周血NK细胞活性明显升高,外周血CD4^+T细胞亚群百分比变化不明显;CD8^+T细胞亚群百分比明显升高;CD4/CD8比值显著降低。CD8^+T细胞亚群百分比的增加,可能与急性丙型肝炎患者的肝细胞损伤及发病机制有关。并且发现急性丙型肝炎患者与急性乙型肝炎患者有相似的细胞免疫反应。NK activity in the peripheral blood of patients with acute hepatitis C was measured using the colorimetric assay. NK activity was significantly higher in patients with acute hepatitis C,compared with healthy controls. T-cell subset in the peripheral blood of patients with acute hepatitis C were tested using APAAP assay. It was found that CD4+T-cell subset was not significantly changed,CD8+T-cell subset was higher,and CD4/CD8 ratio was significantly lower in patients with acute hepatitis C.than in healthy controls. The results indicate that NK activity ,CD8+T-cell subset and CD4/CD8 ratio in patients with acute hepatitis C were relationship with the hepatocellular injury in patients with acute hepatitis C. We found that the function of cell immunity in patients with acute hepatitis C was similar to that in patients with acute hepatitis B.
