摘　　要：本文采用ELISA技术,研究了筛选细胞膜CD38单抗杂交瘤的方法;对膜蛋白抗原在固相包被时的缓冲液、温度、时间和pH也作了研究。结果证明此种ELISA方法可用于筛选抗细胞膜单抗杂交瘤。We studied the optimal conditions for membrane-Ag ELISA and concentration variations of CD38 Ag in its purification processes. Our results indicated that the optimal coating concentration of CD38 Ag in membrane-Ag ELISA can be 0. 1 μg/100μl. In the course of membrane-Ag ELISA,coating solution, time and temperature were studied. We concluded that it was practicable to use membrane-Ag ELISA as a method to screen antimembrana Ag's McAbs for the establishing hybridoma.
